PERSONAL: Child of Rosario Castellanos and Herman Leal....Has one sibling, David....Chose Vassar "because IÂ was in a mentor program in my high school and my mentor mentioned Vassar, so I looked into it and Vassar had an interesting psychology classes and program that I wanted to be a part of, there were also many welcoming clubs, events, sports, and other extracurricular activities that I was excited to try. I also loved the campus when I toured it and it was an important accomplishment to me to be able to get in and live on campus"
