Biography

2019-20: Strong foil season as a first-year, going 69-50… Opened at 7-8 at the Vassar Invitational… Went 11-2 at the Matt Lampell Hudson River Invite, besting Yeshiva (2-0), Drew (3-0), West Point (2-1), Yeshiva (2-0), and Drew (2-1)… Went 6-4 against Cleveland State and Detroit-Mercy on Jan. 19… At the NFC Multi-Meet #2, went 10-5 with wins over MIT (2-1), Tufts (3-0), Boston College (2-1), and Brown (2-1)… Went 15-5 at the third NFC Multi-Meet… Was 15-5 at the EWFC Championship… Qualifed for the NCAA Northeast Regionals and placed 34th overall.

PRIOR TO VASSAR: Lettered four years in fencing at Pompton Lakes High School...also fenced at the Masters Fencing Academy...was a fencing team captain her junior and senior years...received First Team All-State her senior year...received First Team All-League her sophomore, junior, and senior years...fencing co-league champions her senior year...also lettered four years in soccer and track & field...was the Senior Class President...was a 2018/2019 Scholar Athlete Award recipient at her high school.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Ken and Maryann...has one sibling, Emily...plans to major in economics...chose Vassar because of its academic reputation, flexible curriculum, and engaged community.
