PRIOR TO VASSAR: Was a four-year letter winner for Donegal High School in both cross country and track and field...was a co-captain for the distance track team and cross country squad as a senior...earned Most Improved as a freshman, picking up MVP honors for cross country as a senior...was a 2015 District Medalist, qualifying for the Individual State Girl's AA Championships...Second Team All-Lancaster-Lebanon League All-Star...in track and field was a 2015 4x800 school record setter with a 9:34.69...helped her team to L-L League Section titles in 2013 and 2014 in cross country, while earning District III AA champion honors in 2015...helped Donegal to L-L League Section victors in 2015, 2016 and 2017.
PERSONAL: Parents Traci and Christopher Straub...Political science major...has one sibling, Milligan (14)...parents both ran cross country and track at Division I James Madison University...chose Vassar because of its "perfect size, good financial aid and open curriculum."
