XC: Snider shined in her first collegiate race, placing first for the Brewers and eighth overall with an impressive time of 19:22 for 5k...proving that her first race was no fluke, she finished fifth overall in her first 6k at the Ramapo Invitational and second for Vassar to help the Brewers claim the team title...never finished lower than third on the totem pole of VC finishers...posted a fourth overall finish at the Seven Sisters Championships, running a 19:10.9...chalked up a 23:32 at the Liberty League Championships, earning 13th place...finished with a personal-best 22.44.8 at the NCAA Atlantic Regionals, taking home 43rd overall place out of 269 runners.
PRIOR TO VASSAR: Was a standout for the Highlanders of Herrick High, lettering for four seasons in cross country, as well as indoor and outdoor track...was All-Division, All-Conference and a state qualifier in cross country...named All-Conference and All-County in the 1500 meters, qualifying for the state meet in indoor track...was a state qualifier and All-Conference in outdoor track...worked on the school newspaper.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Micha and Debby Snider...has two brothers, Jonathan (23) and Josh (21)...undeclared major.
