XC: Ran well for VC in her sophomore season...competed in seven races total,
six of which she finished in the top ten for Vassar...had a solid season debut at the 2016 Vassar Season Opener, clocking a 12:19.5 for the 3k,
earning the sixth spot for Vassar...bested her previous personal record by almost a minute in her first 6k of the year, running a 24:42.08 at the Rowan Invitational...posted another personal best the following meet at the Saratoga Invitational as she crossed the finish line in 20:15.4.
PRIOR TO VASSAR: Was a member of the lacrosse, tennis, basketball, and track teams for the Toads of The Thacher School...earned varsity letters in cross country, track and tennis...was voted cross country team MVP as a senior...earned track most improved player award as a junior...named as a team captain as a senior...helped her team to a ninth-place finish in Division 5 at the state championships.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Christopher and Eleanor Land...has three siblings, Alexandra (28), Douglas (26) and Carson (23)...majoring in computer science.
