2016-17:
Track: Liberty League All Academic Team…had the fourteenth furthest long jump in the entire Liberty League and the furthest long jump on the team (5.82m)…had the ninth best triple jump in the entire Liberty League and the best triple jump on the team (12.24m)…competed in 10 events this season…placed fifteenth in triple jump with a distance of 11.51m the Ramapo College Track & Field Invitational…placed twelfth in long jump with a best personal collegiate distance of 5.82m and placed eighth in the triple jump with another best personal collegiate best distance of 12.24m at the Liberty League Championships…placed fifth in the triple jump with a distance of 11.79m at the 2017 Yale Springtime Invitational…placed seventh in the long jump with a distance of 5.53m and placed fourth in the triple jump with a distance of 12.07m at the Matthew Vassar Twilight meet.

2014-15:
Track: Competed in his first season with the Brewers, competing as a sprinter and jumper as a freshman...finished fourth in the high jump at the Matthew Vassar Twilight Meet, clearing a height of 1.67 meters or 5' 5.75"...ran personal-bests in the 200 and 400 meters at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational...placed eighth in the high jump at the Liberty League Championships, posting a 1.63 clear jump. 

PRIOR TO VASSAR: Walsh was a two-sport star at East Meadow HS, where he earned three letters in both volleyball and track...was a two-year captain as a junior and senior for the volleyball squad at EMHS, where he helped lead his squad to a 2012 Nassau County Conference II Championship...captain as a senior year on the track for the Jets, where his team won the 2013 Nassau County Conference I title...holds the indoor high jump school record at EMHS...was a National Honor Society member, also served in Business Honor Society as the secretary, along with being part of the Spanish Honor Society and Science Honor Society. 

PERSONAL: Son of John Walsh and Gloria Sierra...has one sister, Ashlee (22)...majoring in economics...chose Vassar over Bard College, Drexel University and Stony Brook University.
