2022: Took second in the 800-meter at the Ramapo Invitational with a personal record time of 1:59.06... Ran a personal best 4:21.00 at the Silfen Invitational in the 1,500-meter... Took second in the 400-hurdles (1:00.86 at the Farley Invitational... WOn the 400-hurdles (1:00.94) at the RPI Capital District Classic... Set a personal best time of 58.50 in the 400-hurdles to place fourth in the prelims of the Liberty League Championships... Took seventh in the finals. 

2021: At the Vassar Triangular Meet ... Placed second overall in the 200-meter dash with a personal-best time of 53.22 ... Helped the 4x400 meter relay team to second in a time of 3:36.89 ... At the Liberty League East Championship ... Helped the 4x400 meter relay team to victory with a time of 3:32.00 ... All-Liberty League East First Team ... Was fourth in the 400-meter dash with a time of 53.65 ...

2020: Outdoor season canceled due to Covid-19 ...

PRIOR TO VASSAR: Four-year member of the Wildcats cross country team at Weston High School … Co-captain as a senior … Unsung Hero Award as a senior … Most Improved Award as a junior … Three-year member of the outdoor track and field team … 800m Event Captain as a senior … Named Best Teammate and earned Outstanding Performance (relay) honors … Two-time Dual County League All-Star … Team won the Division 4 State Championship in his junior season … Squad won three DCL Championship titles … Competed for two years on the indoor track & field team … Earned Coaches’ Award as a senior … Named Most Improved as a junior … DCL All-Star as a senior … Helped team win Division 4 State Championship as senior … Squad were DCL Champions twice … Also played ice hockey and competed on crew team.
