2014-15:
Track: Had a solid year for the Brewers, as he became one of the best middle distance runners in the conference...posted a 49.91 in the 400 meters at the Liberty League Championships, finishing second overall...helped Vassar's 4x100 meter relay team to a school record 42.94 at the League Championships, taking first place...won both events that he competed in at the Matthew Vassar Twilight Meet, taking the 400 meter dash with a time of 50.36...qualified for the ECAC Championships as a junior, placing 27th overall with a 50.36. 

2013-14:
XC: Trained with the cross country team in preparation for his sophomore season of track, where his focus will be on events 800m and shorter…competed in three races for the Brewers, besting teammate, and friendly-rival, Kyle Dannenberg in both of their head-to-head contests.
Track: Ran 2:00.00 in the 800m at the Monmouth Season Opener to lower his personal best in the event...set personal bests in the 100m and 200m at the Ramapo Invite, clocking 11.72 and 23.16...ran a season-best 400m time of 50.86 at the RPI Upstate Classic, placing third among Division III runners...placed fifth in the 400m at the Liberty League Championships...won the 400m at the Vassar Twilight Meet with a personal best time of 50.03, which qualified him for the ECAC Championships...ran a 200m personal best of 22.93 at the Albany Last Chance Meet...placed second in his heat and 16th of 28 in the 400m at the ECAC Championships.
 
2012-13:
Track: Got his college career off to a fast start at the Monmouth Season Opener, running 2:00.85 in the open 800m…finished fourth in the open 400m at the RPI Invite, running 51.76…finished fourth in the 400m at the Liberty League Championship…helped the 4x400m relay qualify for ECAC’s and place second overall at the Yale Invitational…ran on the winning 4x400 relay at the Vassar Twilight Meet…ran on the school record-setting, second place overall 4x400m relay at the Oneonta Last Chance meet, helping the squad turn in a time of 3:20.40, after already having run a personal best of 51.36 in the 400m earlier in the day…competed for the Brewers at the ECAC Championships, running on the 4x400m relay.


PRIOR TO VASSAR: Competed for the Avengers of East Greenwich High School...rank track for head coaches Kyle Mushaweh and Peter Dion...also was a two-year starter for the Avenger volleyball squad...was All-State in the 600 meter run in indoor track in 2012...helped lead his squad to a 2012 Unified Volleyball National title.

PERSONAL: Son of Phillip and Kelly Manning...majoring in English and Japanese.
