XC: Finished 28th out of 105 at the Vassar Invitational... ran a season-best 29:10 at the St. Lawrence Pre-Regional... ran a 6k personal-best of 22:11 at a Late Season Invite.
Track: Opened the season with a then-personal-best time of 10:46.85 in the 3000m Steeplechase at the Willie Williams Classic... ran personal-best times of 4:25.77 and 1:06.93 in the 1500m and 400m Hurdles, respectively, at the Army Dick Shea Open... ran a personal best of 9:34.40 in the 3000m at Vassar's April Invite... saw continued improvement at the Liberty League Championship, where he lowered his 3000m Steeplechase best to 10:36.51... ran a personal-best 16:38.45 in the 5000m at the Yale Springtime Invitational to finish 5th in his heat of 27... improved his personal best in the 3000m Steeplechase to 10:18.52 at the Matthew Vassar Open, finishing 3rd overall... finished 5th overall at the Oneonta State May Meet in the 3000m Steeplechase with a time of 10:24.16.

XC: Top 7 for Vassar in 3 races… finished 44th out of 288 at the James Early Invitational.

2009-10:
XC: Top 7 for Vassar in 1 race... finished 67th out of 136 at the Albany Invitational in a season best 28:27.9... finished 64th out of 157 at the Saratoga Invitational.
Track: ran a personal best 2:12.41 for 800m at the RPI Outdoor Early Invitational... ran a personal best 10:52.23 for the 3000m Steeplechase at the Liberty League Championships.

PRIOR TO VASSAR: A 2009 graduate of Sedona Red Rock High School... Lettered four years in track & field... 4x800 League Champion senior year... 3rd in pole vault senior year... 3rd at State Championships in 4x800 senior year... Named All-State senior year... School record- holder in 4x800 and pole vault... Lettered three years in cross country... Three times named All-League... Placed 3rd junior year and 6th senior year in Regional Championships...Named 1st Team All-Region junior and senior year... Team won Regional and Conference Championships in his junior and senior seasons.
