2014-15 Stats

2014-15: Played in 10 games during his first season…made first career appearance against Springfield (11/16)…hit a three-pointer against SUNY Maritime for the first points of his collegiate career (1/12)…collected three boards, made an assist and notched his first career block against Clarkson (1/24)…picked up a steal against RPI (2/3). 

PRIOR TO VASSAR: Lettered four years in Basketball at Hunter College High School... Was named captain his Junior and Senior years... Received Sportsmanship award his Senior Year... Also lettered twice in Volleyball as a Middle Hitter... Team won the PSAL City Championship... Lettered in Cross Country his Freshman year and led his team to the PSAL City Championship... Was an intern for the American Cancer Society.

PERSONAL:  Son of Pierre and Jennifer Bessez... Brother of Natascha (27) and Xavier (25)... Undecided in his major... Chose Vassar because of the "Opportunity to play basketball while being near to home at a great Liberal Arts College."
