Troy, NY - The Liberty League announced its weekly award winners for the week ending April 28 as Vassar College Women's Track and Field sophomore Haley Schoenegge scored her second consecutive Track Performer of the Week honor.

Schoenegge improved her Division III best 1500 meters time by almost eight seconds at the Penn Relays on Thursday. Schoenegge raced to a 18th place finish out of 45 total finishers and was just one of two total Division III runners in a field full of Power Five Division I competitors. Schoenegge crossed the finish line with a time of 4:19.74 which was just three-tenths of a second off of her career-best time.

Vassar heads to RIT on Friday for the two-day Liberty League Outdoor Championships beginning at 12:00 p.m.
