Tess Billings (Deerfield, IL) and First Year
Emilia DiLiberto (Allison Park, PA) each named All-Liberty League Honorable Mention.
Billings had a strong sophomore campaign for the Brewers, leading the team in goals and points in 2024. Billings potted a team-high 24 goals and racked up a team-best 32 points while appearing in 15 games and making 12 starts. Billings rounded out the year third on the team with 25 draw controls while adding six caused turnovers and eight groundballs.
Billings scored at least one goal in 13 contests in 2024 and posted multiple points in a game 10 times. Billings produced a season-high four goals, three assists and seven points in a win over RIT on April 6 and won a season-high six draw controls in a game twice.
DiLiberto had a strong all-around year for the Brewers as a rookie, leading the team in draw controls, caused turnovers and groundballs while ranking second on the squad in goals and points.
DiLiberto paced Vassar with 72 draw controls to go along with team-highs of 12 groundballs and 13 caused turnovers. DiLiberto potted 20 goals for the Brewers and added five assists for 25 points. DiLiberto scored a season-high four goals in a game twice and won at least seven draw controls in a game six times, including a career-high nine against Endicott on April 20.
DiLiberto closed out the year ranked fifth in the Liberty League in draw controls per game, winning 4.80 per contest.
Vassar closed out the 2024 season with a 3-12 overall record and a 2-8 mark against Liberty League rivals.
