TROY, NY - The Liberty League has announced its weekly awards and three Vassar College student-athletes were recognized for their efforts last week.
Claire Basler-Chang,
Jaqueline Morrison and

In the women's volleyball team's opening weekend, Basler-Chang led the Brewers offensively with 37 kills over 12 sets. Starting all three matches, she added six service aces and 39 digs. In a tough 3-1 loss at Scranton in the opener, the senior hitter had a match-best 13 kills to go along with four service aces. She added another 13 kills in a 3-0 loss to Lebanon Valley the next day, then wrapped up action at the Scranton Invitational with 11 kills, 2 aces and 16 digs in a 3-2 loss to Western Connecticut State.
